Animas Valley Grange will host a talk about weed identification and management from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday via Zoom.
La Plata County Weed Control Manager Ben Bain will talk about how to identify the main weeds in La Plata County and actions community members can take this fall to get a jump on next year. Bain will explain how different life cycles of weeds dictate how they can be managed using both conventional and organic methods.
