The Southwestern Water Conservation District will host the 37th annual water seminar from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton, R-Cortez, will provide remarks about water policy at the seminar. Colorado Commissioner to the Upper Colorado River Commission Becky Mitchell and KKTV meteorologist Brian Bledsoe will also speak at the seminar.
