Janet Lever-Wood will present “Recording Rock Art on the San Juan River, Southeast Utah,” at the Jan. 3, 2017, meeting of the Hisatsinom Chapter of the Colorado Archaeology Society in Cortez.

The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Jan. 3 at the Methodist Church, 515 Park Street, in Cortez.

Lever-Wood will discuss the extensive volunteer rock art recording project headed by Ann Phillips and photographer Dave Manley, along the San Juan River in southeast Utah.
