How ironic. Polls declared the public “doesn’t trust government” and yet votes for Trump. He’s now the most the corrupt president in U.S. history. Look it up.
Let’s stop him, somewhat, with this strategy: Please write to senators, our members and other Democrats (and Republicans with backbones), requesting they sue the president. Yes they can. Again, look it up.
They are already suing on emoluments. They have standing because they’re directly injured by the president’s violations of the constitution. Sue him on the tariffs (costing us all very soon). They are Congress’ primary responsibility to enact.
Sue so all funds already appropriated are paid out to programs, agencies, departments and award those already awarded grants. If it requires rehiring of staff, do it.
The House of Representatives grovels and is useless. I didn’t vote for a dictator who also ignores the Supreme Court. Did you? Contact senators and tell them to act on behalf of our constitution. It’s their right.
