Owners Heidi and Scott Rhea have announced the opening of Joy Inc. Art and Tea at East Second Avenue and Eighth Street in the Durango Arts Center retail space.
Joy is open 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday and features 20 varieties of tea and a collection of fine art, photography, paintings, jewelry, pottery, sculpture, candles, wearable art and other collectibles.
