The ArtRoom Collective to host its Celebrate! Holiday Exhibition & Market from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 10 at the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.
See creation in action as featured artists will demonstrate multiple ways to teach and inspire. Be sure to check out these artists as the scheduled below:
- Cindy Atchison – Cindy Miller Atchison Design, 11 a.m. Explore the unique qualities of both oil and acrylic paints. Witness the creation of two cloudscape paintings in oil and acrylic to compare these two mediums.
- Heather Leavitt Martinez – Let’s Letter Together Studio, noon. Join this hands-on demonstration on holiday lettering. Receive free markers and an accompanying video to continue learning.
- Ray Martinez – Ray Martinez Photography, 1 p.m. Watch Martinez’s photographic techniques to capture the perfect headshot.
- Stacy Eileen – Stacy Eileen Art, 2 p.m. Stacy will demonstrate her technique of charcoal portraits.
- Diane Thornton – DKTDesigns Fine Beaded Jewelry, 3 p.m. Thornton will demonstrate the creation of beautiful resin jewelry.
There is no fee to attend the event, and the public is invited to shop and explore the art and creative tenants in the Smiley Building.
