Journal workshop coming to DAC
Jane Pedersen will teach a Handmade Journal Workshop from 5:30 to 8 p.m. June 16 at the Durango Arts Center, 802 East Second Ave.
Participants will create and construct a simple handmade journal in a class designed to help students understand why journaling can be a therapeutic endeavor.
The workshop is coordinated in conjunction with DAC’s May and June reader’s theatre program, which celebrates Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
The class is $25 with all materials provided. Class is limited to eight participants, so early registration is encouraged.
