Snowdown Do’s, Don’ts tickets on sale
The Snowdown Fashion Do’s & Don’ts announces that ticket sales will begin at 6 a.m. Jan. 16 at Magpie’s Newsstand, 707 Main Ave.
The line forms early and this event sells out quickly; it would be wise to get in line before Magpies opens at 6 a.m. Tickets are limited to four per person. The cost is $15 for regular seating and $20 for runway seating. “Snowdown Back to the Eighties” threads will be featured and the seats include a meal. Standing-room-only tickets are $6 and are limited to the first 125 people. All proceeds benefit Snowdown Durango, a nonprofit organization. Doors will open at 11:15 a.m., along with the cash-bar. Prizes will be awarded for the Best Dressed, Worst Dressed, Funniest Costume, Best Theme and The Grand Prize.
2016 Snowdown Back to the Eighties will take place from Jan. 27 to 31. For more information, visit www.snowdown.org or like Snowdown Durango on Facebook.
