Three Springs to host Fall Festival on Saturday
Three Springs invites the community to its eighth annual Fall Festival from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday at 175 Mercado Street.
The event will include trick or treating, face painting, cupcake decorating, a cookie walk, a pumpkin patch, a Monster Mash Fun Run and more. Dave Mensch will be playing music.
Three Springs will also be collecting canned goods for Manna Soup Kitchen, La Plata County Humane Society will be holding a pet adopt-a-thon and local high school students will host concession stands.

Farmington exhibit looking for artists
The Farmington Downtown Association and Three Rivers Art Center are seeking Four Corners artists to submit work for the upcoming “People’s Choice” art exhibit.
Artists who live within 100 miles of Farmington are invited to submit their work. Pieces will be accepted on a first-entered basis until the show is full.
The exhibit will culminate at the April 10 Downtown Art Walk. The public will vote for their favorite piece, and winners will receive cash awards of up to $1,000. A juried award of $500 will also be given.

Group ceramic show to open today in Aztec, N.M.
The work of nine regional potters will be on display at the Ceramics Invitational Art Show, which will open with a reception from 5-7 p.m. today at the Feat of Clay Co-op Gallery, 107 S. Main Ave., Aztec, N.M.
The show will include the work of Ann Fourr, Jacob Guillory, Fiona Clarke, Don Ellis, Matt Bahe, Nick Blaisdale, Tracey Kramme, Shelly Strickland and Tim Hamilton.
