Open Shutter accepting entries for juried exhibit
Open Shutter Gallery, 735 Main Ave., is accepting entries for “Exposure,” the gallery’s fourth annual juried competition. The competition is open to all domestic, international, professional and amateur photographers working in all photographic mediums.
This year’s juror is Cara Weston, a former Carmel, Calif., gallery owner who has curated many national exhibitions and serves on the board of directors MAGNUM, the National Migraine Association, as Director of Exhibits.
Postmarked entries are due Nov. 2, and notices of acceptance will be announced Nov. 8.

Studio & taking entries for holiday bazaar
Studio & is seeking artists for its inaugural Bizarre Bazaar, which will be held Dec. 13 and 14 at 1027 Main Ave.
The event is intended to be a cross between a traditional holiday bazaar and a Turkish bazaar and will be limited to 20 artists. Each artist will be allotted a space about 3 feet wide. Art/merchandise can be hung on the wall behind the table, placed on the table or hung from the ceiling. Studio & will provide the tables; the artists are responsible for the rest of the displays.
Entry fee is $50. Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

T-shirt design contest underway for eatery
Raider Ridge Café, 509 East Eight Ave., is holding a contest for artists to create the design for the restaurant’s T-shirts.
Submissions may be made on the Raider Ridge Facebook page or emailed to jarrod@raiderridgecafe.com. The winner will be determined by voting on Facebook through Sept. 25.
