Ascent Classical Academy Durango will hold a community informational meeting at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at La Plata County Fairgrounds Extension building, 2500 Main Ave.
There will be a presentation about this tuition-free, K-12 charter school that anticipates opening fall 2023. There will be time for questions and discussion about bringing this traditional, content-rich education to the Durango area.
