Assessor’s Office provides instructions for protesting Notices of Value

The Assessor’s Office mailed out Notices of Value for tax year 2020 on Friday.

Because of the recent COVID–19 issues, the ACT building, 679 Turner Drive, is closed to the public. In-person protest may be dropped off in the elections drop box in the parking lot of the ACT building. Residents may also contact the office about a Notice of Value by mailing in the protest by calling 382-6225 or online at:
