Aztec Strong Day, a community event to provide support for Aztec students, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at SunRay Park and Casino, 39 Road 5568, in Farmington.
The event will feature scholarship awards for recently graduated San Juan County high school students, horse races, food, entertainment and a raffle for prizes, such as an elk hunt, guided San Juan River float trips, family entertainment packages, custom knives, kids’ items and art.
Proceeds from the raffle go to fund scholarships.
The event is hosted by SunRay, New Mexico Horse Breeders Association and AztecStrongSJC.
