Aztec Tigers pounce on BHS boys soccer

After securing its first boys soccer victory in two years, the Bayfield Wolverines were knocked down a peg by the Aztec Tigers.

Aztec scored five in the first and three in the second for an 8-0 shutout Tuesday night at Wolverine Country Stadium, according to MaxPreps.com.

BHS is 1-4 this season.

Aztec is 6-0-1 this season.

Bayfield will host Ridgway and Telluride at 4 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday, respectively, at Wolverine Country Stadium.
