Ballet Folklorico de Durango seeks participants

Ballet Folklorico de Durango, a program through El Centro de Muchos Colores at Fort Lewis College, is seeking new dancers and performers to join its traditional Mexican dance program.

Fall semester classes begin at 5:30 p.m. Aug. 28, in the Student Union building at Fort Lewis College. All classes will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays.

Youth and adult classes are offered for all levels, abilities and experience, and new dancers from any background are welcome. Scholarships are available.

Cost is $60 for non-students for the semester. Fort Lewis College students receive free admission.
