Be Frank Foundation grateful to sponsors, donors and supporters

On behalf of the Be FRANK Foundation’s Board, staff, instructors and, especially our student musicians and families, we want to say thank you to the sponsors, donors and all who support arts and music nonprofits in La Plata County.

We very much appreciate the efforts of Briggen Wrinkle and Tracy Pope of the Community Foundation Serving Southwest Colorado to bring in some sizeable donations, as well as those individuals who gave $25, $50 or $100. Special thanks to KSUT’s Tami Graham for providing advertising and interviews, Chris Aaland of KSUT and Bryant Liggett of KDUR for producing and hosting the special Wednesday evening shows, and sponsors Tito’s Handmade Vodka, The Rochester Hotel and Four Corners Community Bank.

Special incentive drawings are still available for those donating $500 or more. All funds will be split between the 10 nonprofits to help with direct programming and for Be Frank to assist with scholarships, instrument repair, maintenance and replacement.

BFF provides school year extracurricular orchestra instruction, ensembles and performance opportunities to elementary students, plus a summer Creative Music Conservatory (for ages 7 to 17), which culminates with on-stage performances at the Pine River Festival, co-sponsored by Bottom Shelf Brewery and BFF.

Thank you Bayfield, Ignacio and Durango for supporting the arts!
