Bee weed be gone

David Librande with the Durango Parks and Recreation Department loads up plants called “bee weeds” Thursday at Chapman Hill. Crews had to wait to remove the tall, flowered weeds – by hand from the hill’s slopes – until the bees ended their harvest of nectar.
