1995 Opened in the basement of the Church of Christ as Pine River Early Learning Center

2000 Received grant funding to move a modular from Bayfield Middle School to the elementary, second classroom added

2005 PRELC becomes Bayfield Early Educations Programs and moves to east campus of Bayfield Elementary Primary School, third classroom is added

2007 BEEP is asked to moved to old west campus of elementary school, fourth classroom added

2011 BEEP opens new building and campus and operates full year

Funding for BEEP comes from the Colorado Preschool Program, La Plata Conuty Department of Human Services, San Juan Board of Cooperative Services, private pay, fundraisers, donations.
