The film “Home to Home” will be screened 6-9 p.m. Friday (Dec. 2), in the Student Union Ballroom at Fort Lewis College. The event is free, but RSVP is requested at bit.ly/3B09HXH. FLC gradutates who RSVP will receive a free drink ticket. The event is open to the public, and there will be a cash bar.

The alumni engagement office is partnering with Outdoor Pursuits to screen the film. The film follows Fort Lewis College alumni Joe Grant and his friends on their nine-day journey along the 500-mile Colorado Trail from Denver to Durango. There is an accompanying art display, live music from the film's music writer and a panel with the creators/athlete.

Joe Grant is a mountain athlete living in Durango. Born in the United Kingdom, Joe grew up in France and began running in his late teens as a way to explore wild places under his own power. He has now been running ultras for over 15 years, and has a diverse and extensive resume competing in trail and mountain running events around the world in places such as Colorado, the Alps, Mexico, Alaska and Japan.
