The La Plata Open Space Conservancy group is holding a presentation, Conservation Easements 101 for Realtors, from 9 a.m. to noon Friday (June 2) at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave.

The class will teach the ins and outs of conservation easements. This will include a special presentation by Tax Credit Connection’s Ariel Steele. Real estate professionals will earn three continuing-education credits if they attend.
