Best bets this weekend include the Green Chile Fest and Totah Festival.
The fifth annual Ignacio Chamber of Commerce Green Chile Fest will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Farmers Fresh, 535 Goddard Ave., Ignacio.
Participants can compete in the annual Green Chile Cook-off and Salsa Competition sponsored by Farmers Fresh Market, sample green chile and salsa, and vote for favorites for the People’s Choice Award.
Music will be performed by Tyller Gummersall and Kate Willyard. There will be a circus performance by the Secret Circus Society, chile roasting, vendors and a beer garden hosted by Bottom Shelf Brewery and Wells Liquor South.
The festival will also feature a corn hole tournament benefiting FFA.

The 32nd annual Totah Festival and Indian Market will take place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at Farmington Civic Center, 200 W. Arrington St., in Farmington.
Featured events include the Authentic Navajo Rug Auction, Indian Market, Cultural Expo and the Totah 5K River Run and Walk. Artists will also exhibit their work.
The outdoor cultural expo will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday with Zuni Olla Maidens and Diamond Creek Apache Crown Dancers, followed by the James and Ernie Comedy Show at 6 p.m.
Sunday’s events will start with the 5K River Run and Walk and will be followed by Sky City Buffalo Ram Dancers at noon and Oak Canyon Dancers at 1 p.m. To conclude the festival, Joe Tohonnie Jr. and White Mountain Apache Crown Dancers will perform at 4 p.m.
