Durango Nordic Ski Club will host a Women’s Skate Clinic from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the ski club, 49786 Highway 550, north of Purgatory Resort.
The clinic is open to skiers of all levels.

Cates Creative Acting Academy will host a hip-hop workshop from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at the studio, 6161 East Main St., in Farmington.
Participants will learn dance skills and choreography.
The workshop is free. Dancers ages 10 and older are invited to participate.
