The nonprofit Bhotia Foundation will hold a fundraiser to benefit charitable projects in Nepal from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Durango Arts Center, 802 East Second Ave.
There will be food by the Himalayan Kitchen, a singing bowl presentation, stories and movie shorts of the 2019 service trip to Nepal and Nepali music and dance.
Information about future service treks to Nepal and other ways people can contribute will also be discussed.
Tickets are $50 before the event and may be purchased at Himalayan Kitchen, Good Karma, Dreams of Tibet and Dancing Willow Herbs, or $65 at the door. This is a family friendly event. Children 12 and younger are free.
All proceeds will go to the Bhotia Foundation.
