BHS boys soccer demonized by Ridgway

Wolverines fall to 0-11-1 in the regular season

The Bayfield High School boys soccer team started off its season-ending road trip on a sour note, falling 9-0 at Ridgway on Saturday.

Jake Miller-Cunningham led the way for the Demons with a hat trick, and Ridgway took a 7-0 lead by halftime.

Ridgway managed 16 total shots, and 13 of those attempts were on goal. Bayfield (0-11-1, 0-9-1 Class 3A Region 5) mustered 11 shots, six of which were on frame.

The Wolverines will travel to take on regional rival Pagosa Springs at 4 p.m. Tuesday.
