The Boys & Girls Club of La Plata County – a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide a fun, safe place for kids to interact – is hosting a party to celebrate its seventh year serving the youths of La Plata County.

The nonprofit will host a superhero-themed anniversary party from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Double Tree Hotel, according to a news release.

The event will host a variety of activities including a photo booth, a costume contest, a wine toss and a cupcake auction. Food will also be available.
