The Bottom Shelf Brewery and the Be Frank Foundation are teaming up to host Pine River Brew Fest from noon to 7:30 on Saturday, Aug. 4. All proceeds will support the students and families in the Be Frank Foundation's music classes.
There will be children's activities, a barbecue cook off, samples from brewers and distilleries, and live music throughout the festival, culminating with three headlinerss in the afternoon.
There's also a shuttle with service to and from Sky Ute Casino, Forest Lakes, and Mountain Waters at the Albertson's parking lot in Durango. Doors open at noon for VIP tickets, 12:15 for general admission. The music schedule will include a Be FRANK string quartet, Bayfield siblings Garrett and Callie Young at noon, Madison Allen at 12:55, Agave at 1:30, then headliners the River Arkansas from Denver at 2:45, L.A. country musician Sam Morrow at 4:15, and Parsonsfield, an Americana-folk band from the East Coast, at 6 p.m. Tickets are $30 for general admission and include beer and barbecue, or $15 for just the barbecue.
