The Ninth Street bridge will closed, and the 32nd Street bridge will have some lane closures during repaving over the next week.
The city began repaving Wednesday on the 32nd Street bridge between East Second Avenue and East Third Avenue. One lane, alternating traffic over the bridge is likely to cause delays.
On Thursday, street repaving will begin on the Ninth Street bridge, which will be closed 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. until work is completed.
Both repaving projects are expected to be completed by Nov. 11.
