It has been my great pleasure to call Dean Brookie a friend since the early 90s. I had the honor of caring for his family as a naturopathic doctor.
I have witnessed his character in both personal and professional settings. What I have observed is a capacity to listen well, thoughtfully evaluate and then act in the highest good of the people for whom he is responsible.
This has been evident in his work for the city, most significantly in his success in getting EPA funding to remediate the pollution from the mines that have polluted the Animas River.
I have full faith in Dean and strongly urge us all to elect him, again, to our city council.
