Dogac (pronounced Dowach) Tataroglu, a Rotary Youth Exchange student from Turkey, was among the volunteers at the Habitat build day on Nov. 7 in the Fox Farm subdivision in Bayfield. Dogac attends Bayfield High School and is hosted by the Pine River Centennial Rotary Club.
