The Durango Adult Education Center will host a “Speedy Session to Exceptional Customer Service” class from 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. Oct. 27.
The class will be taught by John Mahoney, partner at Coldwell Banker. The class will cover professionalism, communication, conflict resolution, diversity, customer interactions and personal responsibility. Pre-registration and pre-payment for the class required by Oct. 21.
