First National Bank adds to its team

Kristin Beach and Jamie Wright have been recently hired at First National Bank of Durango.

Beach is a loan operations specialist. She is originally from Durango and received her bachelors of arts in economics from Lewis and Clark College in Oregon.

Wright is a business banking assistant. She grew up in Odessa, Texas, and graduated from University of Texas of the Permian Basin with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. Wright has 12 years of banking experience but most recently worked for Crossfire.

New hire at Chimera Communications

Lindsay Lubrant has joined Chimera Communications’ client service/project management team.

Lubrant comes to Chimera from her most recent position as director of sales and marketing at Glacier Club.

Her expertise in planning, execution, client management, communications and market knowledge is a strong resource for the company.

Lubrant graduated summa cum laude from Fort Lewis College and holds a bachelor of science in business management/marketing.

She currently serves on several local boards and committees in the Durango community.

Lubrant’s responsibilities with Chimera Communications spans from client services, creative coordination, project management and digital channel strategies.

New doctor joins Surya Health

Dr. Ehrin Parker is a new practitioner at Surya Health and Wellness.

She is a family practice physician and specializes in combining osteopathic manipulation and traditional and nontraditional family medicine into one complete practice.

Parker works with patients to increase their understanding of how interrelated their physical issues are with their mental anguishes.

She is licensed to practice in both Texas and Colorado.

She is board-certified in osteopathic manipulation and has practiced integrative family medicine for almost 20 years.

Chiropractor will give keynote NFL speech

Dr. Dan McClure of Lightning Bolt Chiropractic was invited to be the treating chiropractor for Sammy Hagar and the Circle in Albuquerque and to be a keynote speaker and treating chiropractor for the professional football chiropractic association at the NFL combines in late February.

Surveyors provide drone services

Steve McCormack and Daryl Crites, local licensed land surveyors, announce that their Durango-based business, Caddis Aerial, is providing professional drone services for local, national and international customers.

McCormack, a licensed pilot, and Crites, serving as visual observer and flight support, have recently been issued the requisite exemption by the Federal Aviation Administration licensing/exemptions to fly drones commercially.

Financial specialist receives designation

The Durango branch of Western Wealth Management announces that Rachel Kuss, an LPL registered administrative associate, has received the designation of chartered retirement plans specialist.

Individuals who hold the CRPS designation have completed a course of study and examination encompassing design, installation, maintenance and administration of retirement plans.
