Shelley Low, Jessica Low and Nick Johnson, owners of EXIT Realty Home & Ranch with offices in Durango, Pagosa Springs and Farmington, were named Broker of the Year – West USA at the EXIT Realty Corp. International convention held recently in Anaheim, California.
The awards ceremony was a highlight of the event presided over by EXIT’s Founder and Chairman Steve Morris, Co-Chairwoman Tami Bonnell, CEO – Canada, Joyce Paron and CEO – USA, Craig Witt.
The real estate professionals at EXIT Realty Home & Ranch are known for their community minded service including raising thousands of dollars for Achuleta Seniors Inc., a senior citizen center, and Seeds of Learning, a children’s education center.
“Shelley, Jessica and Nick were recognized as our Brokers of the Year for the western USA due to their leadership, vision and strong desire to be the best-in-class as a brokerage,” Witt said. “Leadership in real estate means being alert to changing markets, trends and attracting the best individuals with a passion to learn, grow and serve. These three demonstrate that daily, and we are excited to see what they do next.”
