Bustang Outrider is adding Bayfield to its Durango-Grand Junction route. Outrider’s new stop is at the Pine River Library, 395 Bayfield Center Drive.
The bus leaves Bayfield daily at 6:10 a.m., arriving in Durango at 6:32 a.m. Return trips leave the Durango Transit Center at 7:10 p.m., arriving in Bayfield at 7:30 p.m.
The fare is $4 with discounts available for those 65 years and older, 2 to 11 years old and people with disabilities. Those younger than 2 years old ride free. Passengers paying the driver must use cash and have the exact fare amount. Otherwise, tickets can be purchased on the Bustang Outrider App.
