Cafe Au Play, a new kid-friendly shared work space and hangout, will celebrate its grand opening Saturday, April 14, at the Smiley Building, 1309 East Third Ave.
The space is located on the second floor of the Smiley Building, open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Playgroup is also offered from 10 a.m. to noon Saturdays.
Parents with children younger than 5 can come work or hang out while their kids play.
At least one certified child care professional will be on site in the mornings during opening hours. Parents are required to stay on site within the Smiley Building while their children are in the care of Cafe Au Play.
