Firefighters and all the support personnel working on the 416 Fire deserve a special thanks. So, The Durango Herald is putting out a call to the community to design a special art piece for our Thank You Firefighters contest. Four winners will have their artwork displayed at the top of the front page of the Herald.
Here are the details:
1. Create art that specifically thanks firefighters – in whatever way you want to express it, like a photo, sign or drawing.
2. The specifications for the art must be 9.625 inches wide and 2.77 inches tall.
3. Upload your entry by June 29 at https://bit.ly/2K2hCKB. If you’re having trouble uploading it, email it to claws@bcimedia.com
A team will select the top four entries, which will be published in the July 7, July 9, July 11 and July 13 editions.
