An open letter to Bayfield's teachers:
Thank you for what you do. In all honesty, I would not be alive today were it not for teachers like you.
You do not just pass along information; you don't just help kids pass tests. You help our young people see past their circumstances and family histories to reach new potentials. You help them see their talents and abilities in ways that their parents (and even pastors) cannot.
You help them see that they have a place in this world; a world that desperately needs them to take that place and make a difference.
I hope you know the impact you have in this community and our world. You are greatly appreciated.
Be blessed in this coming year and know that you will be in my prayers.
