The Bureau of Land Management will host a 30th anniversary event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday for the visitor center and museum, formerly named the Anasazi Heritage Center, at Canyons of the Ancients National Monument, 27501 Highway 184, in Dolores.
Former and current staff, volunteers and community members are invited to enjoy tours, ranger programs, demonstrations and refreshments.
The event is free and open to all, and admission to the visitor center and museum will be free Monday.
