Democracy was witnessed at the local neighborhood level Tuesday night as Colorado's caucuses gathered. The mysterious caucus system is often misunderstood but as Jean Walter, chairwoman of the La Plata County Democrats recently stated, “ They're a great way to get involved at the grass-rots level with national impact” .
