A celebration of life for Bliss Bruen, a well-known community organizer and visionary, will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Powerhouse Science Center, 1333 Camino del Rio. Bruen died Sept. 11 after a brief battle with aggressive metastatic cancer. She was 74. RSVP for the celebration of life at
Friends and family will speak about Bruen’s life and legacy. A reception will be held afterward.
