Center of Southwest Studies is hosting a talk with an award winning biker

“A Conversation with Alexandera Houchin” will be held from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday (March 3) at The Center of Southwest Studies in the Lyceum Room, Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive.

Ultra-endurance racer Houchin was the winner of the women’s Tour Divide Mountain Bike Race in 2018 and 2019. She is also the current single speed women’s record holder for the Arizona Trail Race and the Tour Divide, as well as the women’s overall record holder for The Colorado Trail Race.

The event will be moderated by Sarah Tescher, co-founder and coach training director for Durango Devo.
