Centura Health-Mercy Regional Medical Center has welcomed nurse practitioner Amanda Dunaway to Mercy Cardiology Associates, 1 Mercado St., Suite 130.
Dunaway specializes in the medical management of diseases of the cardiovascular system including hypertension and heart failure.
Dunaway earned her undergraduate degree in biology for Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Nursing in New Orleans. Dunaway then earned her master of science in nursing with a focus in adult gerontology and acute care from the University of Texas at Arlington School of Nursing.
In her free time, Dunaway enjoys running, hiking, skiing, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
