Durango Chamber of Commerce will offer an “Eggs and Issues” breakfast and State of the Community address from 8 to 10 a.m. Aug. 23 at the DoubleTree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio.
The event includes a full breakfast and features updates from representatives with the city of Durango, La Plata County, San Juan National Forest, Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad and British Petroleum. Registration is required and costs $20 for chamber members and $25 for nonmembers.
