The Durango Public Library’s eBook distributor OverDrive challenged it to increase checkouts by at least 1,500 more than last year. If that goal is reached or exceeded by Dec. 31, the library could earn up to $1,000 credit for purchasing more eBooks.

The library’s eBook distributor OverDrive challenged it to increase checkouts by at least 1,500 more than last year. If that goal is reached or exceeded by Dec. 31, the library could earn up to $1,000 credit for purchasing more eBooks. The prize funds will go toward buying books suggested by community members.
In addition, Durango Public Library increased OverDrive eBook checkout amounts to 10 books per library card to make it easier to reach the goal and to give you more reading options.
