With Durango School District 9-R students on winter break, 7-year-old Rei Rasmussen still had an important deadline Monday: to have a little one-on-one with Santa Claus. Rei spent some quality time discussing his list with Santa at the Durango Mall. He is the son of Robin Rasmussen and Alicia Romero, of Durango.
