Chimney fire doused quickly

Firefighters with the Durango Fire Protection District investigate a chimney fire at a home at 26086 U.S. Highway 160, next to Big O Tires. Most responders were recalled shortly after dispatch, and firefighters had the situation under control. Crews were clearing the scene shortly after 9 p.m. Wednesday.
