The sidewalk along Montview Parkway between Crestview Drive and West Third Avenue will be closed starting Tuesday until June 4, while S&S Construction replaces about 180 feet of curb, gutter and sidewalk above the Tercero Townhomes.
Pedestrians should use alternate routes during this time. The nearest alternate pedestrian routes are San Juan Drive/West 23rd Street to the north, or El Paso Street to the south.
Montview Parkway will remain open to traffic. A temporary traffic pattern will be in effect during this time. Drivers are encouraged to use caution when traveling in the area. This project was originally scheduled for January, but was postponed because of winter weather conditions.
