Cleanup to focus on storefronts, residential yards

The city of Bloomfield Parks and Recreation Department will host a dumpster day from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15.
Dumpsters will be at the corners of South Bloomfield Boulevard and Broadway in front of Super 8.
The city asks businesses to clean storefronts and asks residents to clean up yard waste. Volunteers and community groups are encouraged to help clean streets as well.
Tires, appliances containing Freon, large tree stumps, concrete, batteries, antifreeze, chemical oils or paint in liquid form will not be accepted.
