The city of Durango, after crews applied turf fertilizer in Buckley Park, 1250 Main Ave., announced the fertilized area will be closed to the public through Aug. 24 for turf rehabilitation.
The city of Durango promotes Best Management Practices in the stewardship of city lands to ensure the safe enjoyment of parks in the community. Applications are conducted to improve quality of right-of-ways, parks and open spaces in the city’s parks and recreation system.
