The city of Durango will host a public meeting to discuss whether the city should allow marijuana hospitality establishments within city limits at 5:30 p.m. Monday in the Windom Room at the Durango Recreation Center, 2700 Main Ave.
The state of Colorado’s House Bill 19-1230 gives jurisdictions the ability to allow marijuana hospitality establishments or social clubs where marijuana or marijuana products can be consumed on-site.
The city invites the public to learn more about the law and comment on if or how these new regulations should be implemented in Durango.
