Full functionality may take a day or two

The problem was caused by a domain issue that has been resolved, but it may take a day or two for the site to be fully functional, said Finance Director Julie Brown.
“We are just waiting for full propagation across the internet,” she said.
There had been some success getting the website to load Monday, she said.
But the website could not be accessed by Herald staff at 5:30 p.m.
